Elijah entered the library, in need of some new reads. He glanced around with a black coffee in his hand. He wore his usual suit and his hair was combed up neatly, he didn't know how he felt about the new hairstyle. Just that Rebekah said it made him look more modern. Picking up a book he began to scan the back, oblivious to everything else around him.

Katherine had come to the point in her never ending life that she was bored. Even being the exciting Katherine Pierce was getting boring. Her bored-ness resulting in her going to the, (dun dun dun) library. Yuck, as much as katherine hated reading, she adored the book worms who went there, why do you think she fell for Stefan so hard?

(haha  oh and if you need a signature I can do that for you ) Elijah had picked out a few books that he found somewhat interesting before going to a nearby table and sat down, opening the most interesting book he sat back and became absorbed, though his train of thought continued to fall off the tracks. |

Katherine smirked at the sight of Elijah. She started over towards his mysterious figure sitting at the table. She went over to him and sat down next to him. "Oh, why isn't it the mysterious Elijah Mikaelson who fell of the face of Mystic Falls years ago," she said a giant smirk was in her face.

Elijah looked up and frowned seeing Katherine "I... was gone for one year actually" he said as he flipped the page, looking back down at the book. (haha I love that ) |

(Thank you  ) "Same thing," she said in her Katherine attitude, laying her hands in the table. "So what have you been up to out of mystic falls?" She asked him pulling the book away from him so his full attention was on her. She loved being the center of attention. |

Elijah felt the book being pulled from his grip and he glanced up at her "I was with my family..." he thought about Hope, his niece now. She'd grown so quickly it was uncanny.

Katherine looked at him and slid a strip of paper into his book loudly closing it with one hand. "Your family could have stayed here...it's pretty safe here..." She said.

Katherine looked at Elijah confused, as her eyebrows curved in she said, "Klaus..." she bursted out laughing, "has a daughter?!" she said laughing harder. "Klaus...a father?" she added laughing.
