"We'll, I come here, and hang out with some buddies." Alaric said. "That's pretty much all I have time for. And if there are any special events, I go to those, and school stuff, but I don't know if that counts as fun."

Alaric thanked the waiter, and broke a piece of his wrap off and are it. He had been avoiding asking Hope if she was a vampire like her dad, not actually wanting to know.
