Hope smiled as she walked with Alaric up to the Falls, it was a gorgeous evening with fireflies everywhere and the sky a pretty pink. Any time their skin would touch as they walked she would feel a sort of electricity, it was thrilling and pleasent.

Alaric looked at Hope occasionally on their walk and would smile. He just had this feeling about her that he couldn't shake, and it was a good feeling. "We're almost there." He said.

Hope grinned, a light in her eyes. She had been trying to gain the courage, finally letting her hand slip into his. It felt good, safe and secure.

Alaric looked down at their hands, a little surprised, but didn't let hers go. He liked how it felt. He just smiled at her, and then looked ahead.

Hope smiled back before looking ahead again and saw the falls. Her jaw dropped "wow" she said in wonder.

Alaric smiled. "See, I told you it was gorgeous." He said, looking at the water. It looked even better at this time of day, with the soft light hitting it.

Hope smiled "it is..." she said trying to go closer. She wanted to touch it, to glide her hand under the water that looked like silk.

Alaric pulled her back. "Woah, hold on. The ground isn't always stable around here." He said. He was holding onto her arm, and she was rather close.

Hope pursed her lips and nodded holding onto his arm smiling "ive never seen a waterfall"

Hope nodded smiling and looked away, pulling him along to a clear spot in the grass. She giggled and sat down, pulling him with her.
