Edward sat on a dead tree root in the midst of the mystic falls cemetery. It was 4 in the morning and he had grown very bored in the little motel he rented for his hunting trip. Mystic Falls had an over population of mountain lions and Edward had decided to take a little trip to take on his favorite meal.

Klaus had a blood thirst he searched the woods using his ultra hearing to hear for people. He couldn't stand animal blood. He searched deep into the woods until he saw a person. He went over to the guy. He decided to start with small talk and then compel the guy after getting some blood the heal him and leave.

Edward hadn't been paying much attention to what was around him until he heard thoughts jist behind him. Rising slowly to his feet he turned to see who was there. He stared at a man with his black eyes, shark like. Edward was pale white as the moon and inhumanly beautiful. Any woman desired him and any man envied him.

Klaus came up behind the man and stood next to him, "hello," he said with a strong accent.

Edward frowned looking to him. What was this man doing in a graveyard at this time of night? He softly in his silky voice "do I know you?"

Klaus shook his head, "no," he put out his hand, "I'm Klaus," he said smirking.

He frowned hesitating before shaking his hand "edward.." he said watching him carefully. He could feel the danger in the air from this man, and when Edward felt danger then it must have been very threatening.

Klaus looked at Edward, "are you new?" He asked him, he didn't have a familiar face, but sure one klaus knew he'd remember
