Elena rolled her eyes, "I'm pretty sure most people don't..." She said slightly laughing. "And that's really surprising...because why would a girl like her," she acknowledged madis room. "Would like a guy like you..." She said looking back at him.

[Damon Salvatore]

Damon smirked "Ooo, someone is a little upset with me." He said watching her, chuckling he nodded "If only I cared."

[Elena May Gilbert]

Elena crossed her arms. "You know you do care, Damon." she said stepping a little closer to him trying to throw him off. "You never stopped caring, that's what you said." she said dying of laughter inside.

Damon tilted his head to the side "People lie..." he said, not enjoying the proximity between them, but he didn't dare move. He couldn't look weak in front of her.

[Elena May Gilbert]

Elena always had a hard time being seductive and mean and rude and bitchy and so on, like Katherine. She thought it was worth a try keeping up the act. "You wouldn't ruin your relationship with you brother for a stupid lie, would you?" she said sounding exactly like Katherine. She remembered how she had picked Stefan then the sire bond led her to Damon loosening the Salvatore Brothers tight pact. Which later was fixed but you get the point.

Damon frowned watching her as he crossed his arms tightly over his built chest "I don't see that happening... you are just another thing in the past." He said, forcing a smirk, though it killed him to say the words.

[Elena May Gilbert]

Elena frowned, "did you say that about Katherine too?" she asked almost angry. "Who you searched the world for, for 150 years?" she replied snappy. She didn't feel like herself. She didn't know how she felt, she just felt good acting like this.

Damon swallowed, Katherine having never loved him wasn't his favorite subject "You should leave." He said, forcing a smirk as he started to shut the door.

Elena used her strength to keep the door open. To be completely honest she didn't want to leave, she had nothing else to do, nowhere else to go, and no one else to talk to.
"I'm sorry for bringing up Katherine," she admitted. "I know it's a touchy subject, it's just when I act all, 'Elena Gilbert-y' no one takes me serious, I just can't be mean..." she said sighing then slouching a little bit in regret for explaining herself.

Damon watched her for a long moment and sighed "Shouldn't you be in school?" he asked, keeping the door open as he pursed his lips, raising his eyebrows at her. She was trying to be more like Katherine? Interesting, he thought to himself.

[Elena May Gilbert]

Elena thought for a while, "i guess but I explained to Ric and he understood soo....." she said ending her sentence at that. She used to love school and everything having to do with it, but now she just gets bored of it.

[Damon Salvatore]

Damon pursed his lips "I suppose if you want to come in... I won't stop you." He said, stepping aside for her.

Elena looked at him, she shook her head, "You clearly don't want me here.." she started. "Just go have fun with your new toy.." she said regretting saying it as she did. She surprisingly used to like being Damons' 'toy.' She didn't know it at the time but she did.

Damon looked to her and his jaw tightened "Yeah, I was right. You should go." He said, before closing the door in her face. The hurt had been clear in his eyes.
