Caroline smiled as she talked about a party she hosted to help the children in India get fresh water and what a success it had been. She talked about not being as close to Elena and Bonnie, and how she missed having friends.

Klaus listened it her babble smiling the whole time. When they reached the grille it felt good asking for 'a table for two.' He led her to the table they were given and pulled her chair out for her.

Caroline smiled and sat, she'd stopped talking, but she was just so aggravated with Elena and her choices lately.

Caroline sighed "I just hate how everything's changed with everybody" she frowned "Elena is making these weird decisions and is just so mean now that she's a vampire. I mean, I know I'm a neurotic control freak on crack as a vampire, but she's way different now."

"Like she's all sired to Damon now and she's acting more like Katherine everyday. And nobody needs another one of her running around" Caroline sighed as she squeezed her lemon into her iced water.

The word sire had stuck in Klaus's head. "Sired, as in a sire bond?" He asked making sure. He knew it happened when he turned people into hybrids, but it was a one in a million chance for vampire blood to create a sire bond. "Why don't you just tell her what you're telling me?" He asked her sincerely.

Caroline nodded "she's sired to Damon" she frowned "I can't. Even though she's not acting like a friend I should... and because, she'll just get mad at me"
